So if there is NO COMMAND frm allah then y r muslims so hell bend on wearing it? DONT CHAT ABOUT-'ITS A BREECH OF RELIGIOUS RIGHTS'. How can it be when its not religious=not in the quran. I think its an outer identity thing.By wearin the hijab people will know that ur muslim.Not sayin that u shouldnt let people know but let it be because of ur behaviour and lifestyle.

MARTIN LUTHER KING said he had a dream that people will be judged on the content of their heart not the exterior(outside).Re-inforce that and let go of materialistic things.I know that if u go 2heaven (which if u stay muslim i dont believe u will-but who am i 2 judge) u wont need ur hijab,u can't take it with u when u die.How does it help u be a good muslim? surely its what in ur heart.

If muslims know in their heart who they are in allah then why limit themselves to wear cloths,hijabs etc

Its not like the Sikhs and Rasta who hv long hair-they wear a tuban because it is the popular an easier way to tie up their hair.Even the sikh youths are starting to tie up their hair with bobbles and bandanas.They still know their are sihk-they stand firm in their believe.At the end of the day i just hope that women wear the hijab because they want to-
