Locsgirl: I don't know whether Cutie is the exception or not..however my point is that ANYBODY can act with diminshed responsibility, if a kaliderscope of conditions were to collide...Cutie is still young tings..so my point is life changes..so do people.. No one no matter how strong they maybe remains so all their lives..we ALL go up and down the spectrum from strong to weak...that was my point...!!
