From Sudan to Nigeria, religious atrocities are committed on a daily basis without being mentioned in the western media. The reason for this is that Christians are the Victims. For the last several hundred years, Arab Muslim men have been killing, raping and displacing the Dinka tribes people of Sudan andChad without anycondemnation from the West. In Nigeria, the butcheringof northern Christians continues with as much as 10,000 killed in the last 3years. It is so bad thatit is reported Taliban remnants now reside in the north of Nigeria, orchestrating these massacres. Yet there is still no word ofcondemnation. Cameroon, Niger and to a lesser extent northAfricahave a terrible relationship in intra-religious conflict. As the world focuses on Iraq and Afghanistan, potent Islamic militias run riot throughout Africa.Is this a fair comment. I am by no means targeting all Muslim communities in this. For many years Christians and Muslim communities have lived peacefully side by side but the fact remains that adisproportionate level of this conflict is committed by one particular group.
