Well, not to start off my posting on this website in such a negative manner, but when you find the sentence or suggestion in my post that I was putting Islam in a more or less positive light that Christianity, then you let me know.

What I was saying in my reading of the posts in this thread and the admittedly brief reading of the threads related to Islam in Africa, I find it rather curious that most of the post are in agreement with the fact that the Arabs and Islam have brought distruction upon Africans and African civilization, but I didn't see the same attitude directed toward Christinaity, which could be argued by some as historically doing much more damage to Africa.



You have to forgive my curious nature, because I am not advocating for Arabs or Islam and could I make a compelling argument about how Arabs under the guise of Islam could be seen as THE current and future distructive force in Africa myself.



I am familiar with the history of the Arabs in Africa then and the actrocities committed under the banner of Islam. But I also know a bit about the history of Christianity in Africa and the actocities committed under the banner of the cross. i wanted to know what people thought about this as well.

So you can either help answer my question or ignore it, but don't waste my time with insults.
