Your quite right our youths today are in a sorry state.....and although there are alot of factors such as parents don't want to instill discipline I also can't help thinking that the merging of our culture into the typical British culture plays a factor. The reason I say this is because I am seeing many black children disrespecting their elders in the same manner that I only witnessed from white children to their elders as a child....I am not making this up when I was a child I only heard/saw white showing such lack of respect from their elders and as for seeing blacks in a old peoples home that was unheard off in my childhood. I think things that are being accepted as the norm is a sad lost to our race. Now I know you addressed elders and didn't mention race but as I have said before on this site I (Mafdet) only speak in regards to my race. I know this is slightly off topic but I was reading a music mag the other day and one new group was being interviewed and the question of favourite food was asked and right there in black and white showed the white singer to say her favourite food is rice peas and chicken and the two black singers said burgers and chips and kebab ain't that something. Like I said we seem to be adopting the crap end of this culture merge ha ha smoking-devil Thats my views maybe I have taken it too far out from the spectrum but where is this disrespect coming from and why is it not in the days when our parents were raising us.....not giving away my age I hopeniceone.gif
