I was born in south london but now live in the east midlands. i dont like where i live as there is not enough black people. my town is a small city trying to expand and compete with all.
there are not enough jobs here that allow you to use your brain. i dont experience racism everyday but, i have experioenced the most racism here than i did in america and london. i have had things thrown at me from moving cars white and asian kids calling me the n-word. at work i deal with people that say racist things and have no idea.
other than that the black community we are quite close. you find the african community stick close together and the west indian community stick close together. most funerals are so full people are standing. i am glad we have a carnival and queen show here.
i will be back in London in the next few years. so look out for me. this town is waaay too slow. all the black clubs just seem to get shut down.
