I can say the same thing happens in Nigeria, it is terrible and shocking. Many people die on Nigerian Roads, it is alarming, it has something to do with poverty. You can't force people with cars that are not road worthy off the road because there are just too many of them.The roads are in terrible condition, I also agree that reckless driving is also a major cause of accidents. When you put all this together +highway rules not been enforced,the result is high number ofaccident, and high number of fatalities. Even with thepoor condition of the Hospitals, few or no emergency service personnels, then you are expecting the worse.
