What is it about our people's relaxed attitude to cannabis use. I do not mean everyone of our people but there is a significant minority who have a very relaxed attitude towards cannabis use. Infact some of us see it as some joke or an idea of fun. I hear stories of black people who go on using this drug into their 60s and what is worse is they smoke it infront of the youths who go on to believe there is nothing wrong with it. Has the time come for us to change our attitudes towards cannabis use. Haven't we got enough black people in mental institutions? It used to be a drug used by rebellious young men nowadays girls as young as 14 are joining in. What are your views on cannabis use?
