i'm confused at this topic... :?
i would not want to be anything but black! what type of talk are u chatting... i know this is an under 25s forum but... what u said was juvenile... firstly i see u mentioned that Africansseewhite people as godsand use bleach creams. but for a sister living in the 21st Century you basically stating the same exact reasons why most african/west indians people use bleaching products... cos they are sick of being black. isn't that what u said??????confused3
how u turn a topic like that into a positive message to black people when u know for a full right that its negative. urbeing anegative sister, its seems like u were finding it hard to explain ur principles to ur topic sounding veryuneducated and very ignorant which is another thing u mentioned. blkscholar
i pity u too, i know its very hard being black and can have a deepned affect on our attitudes and our daily duescos we all know how the streets treats us but the only way forward is to keep positive about everything around us... i.e. the young blackbabies who inturn WILL go through the same exact pit-stop, the up-an-coming youths whosee all of what happensandneed to be guided and put in the right direction and last but never least our grandparentsand older generation who have suffered MORE than we are currently going through.
Most parents helped us to where they thought we was ok leftus to fend onour jays, not realising that society has changed and isnt like it was in their day. we can see what the streets are doing to our people but ... (i'll include myself) we don't help one another.
We are always forever trying to gain respect but we have to respect ourselves.
Please keepBLACK britain positive... this reply was not to offend anyone or become petty just my thought on how wecan come together.niceone.gif
