I believe it to a tee. Although the military train you to be morally upright, if the men and women do not have the understanding and willpower to be in a good marriage, somewhere, some is going to screw-up. They are far away from their families and since some of them cannot be with them, the next best thing is to hook up with another man or woman until they can come home. That is why there are so many Amerasian and Afroasian children in Vietnam because of that. I think about my own dad. Before he married my mom, he was engaged to a woman in the states, then the Army sent him to Vietnam. Then he came home. Quit the woman and a year later he hooked up with my mom. the funny thing is that a lady from Vietnam called to said that she had a kid by my dad. He denied it by saying that so many Vietnamese women said that just to get into the states. Maybe I would say that my dad would have said the same lines about my 20 years old brother who he denied also. They only difference was that she had his DNA tested 99.96 his. The lady said it's a boy. If that boy is still around he'll be 39 years old today. I would like to see if that lady's claim is true. I cannot trust my dad's claims any longer.
