This the thing I have marketing and business experience... was in management age of 21 and did that for about 5 years... and ran a small business along my main job at 22... I was meant to do the MBA in 2003... but it was not feasible at the time...
the only reason why I am thinking about it is that I have a business plan that I would like to put into action... and I was wondering if in order to deepen my expertise before I take the plunge...
whether I should go for a degree or not... given me a lot of food for thought though...

Of course the final choice is yours but a friend of mine and I had a bright idea to start a Poetry club, on the lines of Love Jones (don't know of you saw it), two Marines that know more about cleaning rifles than business.......it turned out better than we expected.

If you have a solid business plan and marketing plan, and you believe in what you are doing I'd say GO FOR IT!! WOO HOOO!! I am not sure if your country has something like the SBA (Small Business Association) as we do in America, but they were a great resource for us starting out.

I am not sure of a degree is paramount to starting your own business. But whatever you do, GOOD LUCK..........its mad cool to here someone stepping out on their own.
