i work for a one of the biggest internet providers in the uk in a call centre doing customer service work. i get no benefits. the only good thing is that i have learned alot about the internet and work with geeks and people who love giving you free software discs....blktypethank God i dont take calls just liase between dept and call customers and process the junk that comes my way ... oh yeah we get paid peanuts and many jobs are shifted to india for cheap labour no wonder my jobchnages so much in the one company
