The man got choked to death, by a Black policemen (one of the blacks encouraged to join the force to help Police/Black People community relations) over something with a street value of what? a couple of hundred pounds?

Well at least we can say that Black Policemen go through the same training as the White ones (no racism there then), seeing as how this one was able to display the same level of hatred and contempt for his black suspect as his white counterparts.

No doubt he would claim racism if he losses his job over this, considering that if he were white he would expect to get promoted.
