There is no such thing as "justice", there is only ORDER. Laws are here to maintain ORDER not produce "justice". That is theFIRST thing taught to law students.
Hypothetically speaking, so what happens when you have taken over the world and some people (say a religious group) rejectYOUR ideas of "justice", what do you do with YOUR REBELS? killthem, incarcerate them (your tax payers wont like footing that bill) Who are you/ Who will you beto JUDGE them to anything?
If your ideas for justice are so brilliant why don't you simple make them your political manifesto as you run forMayor of your City? Not so simple eh?
Ever heard the phrase "THE PATH TO HELL IS PATHED WITH GOOD INTENTIONS"?
To define "justice" you must first define "Good (moral)" & "Bad (immoral)". Seeing as this task has not yet been achieved by anybody ever, i wish you the best of luck!
