Well im the master of getting other people to do things for me,it doesnt make me cleverer it just makes me manipulative I guess.
The way I see it is that I have my areas of expertise and I focus on those,if others have strengths in areas that I dont,I will ask,delegate,moan,whine,beg,cajole to get that person to do said thing for me.
Im happy to defer to others,the thing is that I dont pretend that I can do this thing better than them,I let them know that im asking them because they are better at it than I.
Conversley I would hope that people would ask me for help in areas in which they are weak.
I aint asking for nothing,just open the door and i\'ll take it myself-James Brown.
