Well, I actually do see a few more recruiters walking around in the local malls.
But, instead of drafting more men and making you sign up; they raise the sign-up bonuses and make such a disaster out of the economy that most men with no skills and little education think they have little alternative but to go into Service to escape poverty and illiteracy.
Another thing the military has been doing is giving green-cards to illegal Mexican aliens offering citizenship in exchange for military service.
Talk about the "old Roman way".......
