First off I do not condone any crime but I believe your question to be an easy one. Most crimes are committed not to far from home. Very seldom to people leave their own communitiesto go out and commit crimes. Soifa perpetrator lives inbasically a black community he is more likely to commit black on black crime as you put it. The average robber or killer is not going to leave the townwhere he knows all the twist and turns to go to less say a whiteneighborhood to do his dirt. This is the same for all races if you think about it. Most whites commit white on white crime (post slavery) so there is really no difference. We just have blown up the term black on black crime......in reality crime is crime no matter the color of the person doing it........realize that.
