I would love to see your best recipes from your part of the world, and I too can post some.

If anyone is interested in Southern cooking/recipes, I come from a long line of excellent Creole cooks. Would be happy to share gumbos, courtbullion, jambalayas, shortnin bread, bread pudding, banana pudding,smothered steak or chicken, baked chicken & dressing, macaroni & cheese, red beans & rice,and almost anything you can think of to bake for desserts.

Again, I would love to prepare some of your delicious recipes, so please post them!
