simple...
what he did was haram as I bet he hadnt have twahara(he wasnt clean) to touch it....but dont worry he is now being tortured by malaika who deals with dead people like him after all he died Qafir so why care about him? he was just one human being who some saw as their agent with God and it sucks when he dies but hey he has alot to aswer for Africans Latin Americans and most of all poor pple that suffered because of his Multinational friends
