i think using the word nigga is apporpriate when talking to or about a nigga.

to me personaly as a woman. there is a differance between a nigga and a black man. and in my seventeen year and10months of being alive i have been around to many niggas and not enough men. I can never call em dogs thats an insult to my little friendsas they will never ever cheat on you and disrespect you.
