Im not a tipper neither and to be honest unless i was in a really nice resturant and i was a little flush, only then would i tip- thats if the service and everything was good.

saying that, if you were in france (certain parts i know of anyways)and in any food place whether its a cafe or resturant, your expected to give a tip. Its customary and if you dont, its an insult. So most people leave something- not cheap change neither.lol. needless to say, i dont head down there often
