clp)@gallant

But i do beleive music is to blame in a way, but you was raised with a strong mother who instilled strong family and educational values in your head from young and im sure throughtout your teens. thankfully so was I.

unfortunatlty some black parents dont know how to communcate with there "wild" teens other than shoutandscream at them to fix up and look sharp(but in there own way carribean accent and vex look included:X) maybe a box here and there.

which the youth might think his/her mother or father doesnt understand him/her or what there going through.

where music comes into play is if you feel low, u put on some r n b maybe n jam to a sympathic song like toni braxton u play it back so many times u begin to know the words off by heart, so it kinda SUNK IN as do many songs you liked over the years

but u never forget the words...

when you feel in love you play some soulful luther and it can intensify the feeling. banana.gif

so when ur angry for some sillyreason, and u flick the radio and hearsome hip hop and the lyrics are similar to what u going through, you gonna want to buss a nut, or do what that particular artist would do.

( most are sensiable enough to take what the the artist say with a pinch of salt, cos u know they wud never really do that in reality anyway.) n not let it influence you either way.

but again u begin to know the lyrics cos its repeitive and catchy, and it sinks in.
so if music has this efffect and its everywhere dont u think its quite dangerous when theres too much exposure of thisone particulargenrewe callhip hop?

because everybody know whathip hop is! Young and old, babies to grannys

Off topic**sh1

i saw some blinged out white old granny on trisha goddard show the other day and the oap was proper rappin and ting! and the white peeps in the crown where biggin up dablinged outlook and saying how they love rn b and hip hop too! us black folk are appentently and supposedlyresponsiable for this chav look! with our jewellry and namebrand and attitude!

what a rass cheek!

to be honest it aint exactly mushy stuffin hip hop its more likegun this, beef dat, hoe this, m***FU**er that.its ridiculous!and you cant excape it, and this is what the youth are brainwashed with by exposure to cd, downloads,M*v ba$and channel nU

i know that channel is on constantly in many young people homes and its very influenial in my eyes, but a young person would deny this.andits alsoon late at night with ****ography downloads to mobilephones as advertisments!, justtext this number!

its gross and many parents dont know about it. espeiallyhow to put parental locks on sky and the internet.

Ithink parents need more giucadance on these issueS

That my 2pence confused3. .

I beleive that who I am is enough..........
