Its using the term "Jesus Christ" when shocked at something. The way I live my life should be an example( but I guess that mean standing up for what I believe in). Also when you take offence at something people seem to do it more as office banter. i understand we're in situations when we hear this language but i agree with the poster that said we should have clean tongues amongest unclean tongues.
