Please elaborate your dilema with regards to Robert Kelly. A cursory google search on this man shows he has had a history of sexual relations with minor...hell he even married one!

If you're using the rationale that he hasn't (yet) been convicted of anything, therefore he's done nothing, then I'm sure you'd have no issue with letting your nephew/son/brother stay over at Michael Jackson's house. That same "law" said he didn't do anything....right?
To continue to cover one's ears and say "la-la-la I can't hear anything" is the wrong stance to take. We should kick this man and his ilk to the kerb....
