Many Europeans also carry the African E3b gene which comes from the horn of Africa exclusively, they include the Balkan regions and generally through out Europe.

Of course the berbersmay have the same genes as certain tribes from the horn. I read that certain groups from the horn have very close DNA to people from Yemen, Greece, and parts of the middle east, most likely because of the arab mix. It really doesn't take genetic studyto figure that out though.
