I had a book by, Anabel Karmel "The Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner" All you need is ice cube trays so yo can freeze a weeks worth in bulk, and a blender. Obviously it's better if you can make it fresh everyday, so your not loosing any vitamins. At the bottom of each recipie there is a tick box next to a smiley face and a sad face so you can remember which recipie your child liked. My son loved spinich and baked bean pie which sounds disgusting but really does taste great. The best thing aboutthe bookis that it uses all unproccessed foods and gets your child into good eating habbits. My son is 10 now and begining to get more fussy, I just resort to different tactics to get his 5 a day down him, mainly by grateingpeppers and various veginto things so he cant detect them.
