Sounds like a Belgium version of the "witch child" hysteria in Britain earlier in the year and last year. It's funny if an African government were to take steps similar to this to "imported" Christian groups of which they are many, they would be accused of human right violations. Some of these church groups do worry me but it seems the Belgium’s have not bothered to try and distinguish between genuine and dodgy groups.
