But these things take time. more things will be done if people take control of what happens locally. Public adminitration is limited to whats successful. little can be successful unless without the backing of the locals. the growth of cities and suburbs are ineveitable and to some extent out of control. there is as ususal a lack of housing and an abundance of small inadequate properties popping up here and there to fill the need.

Maybe they should send us all back to where we came from and let us fight each other there. As we like to irk each other so much.
If they were all young black people who got sent back would they still be urban.
There are alot of young blacks in Croydon, Surrey/ not exactly inner city. Are they urban?
