Still on the 'pointless sex scenes' line.

Why is it in the midst of impending doom.....for example a scene where the hero and herion are stuck in some pit or cave and water is gradually seeping in, the place is gradually collapsing or air is running out.....they get all romantic, start kissing and even get all the way down to it?

One minute they are scared sh*tless then the next they are randy as hell whilst still faced with the horror of an impending agonising death.

Now in my life I have had times when I was faced with what I thought was a really dangerous situation and I tell you, the most adept temptress or sex goddessin the whole world could not have got my mind round to sex at the time. Damn, she couldn't even raise a laugh out of me far more less anything else. Yet it happens so often in films.............Scared Witless, Horny As Hell...wtf confused3

There are those who feel that the only way to ‘prove their own worth’ is by ‘devaluing the worth of others’. You will often find that a man who is compelled to measure his substance against the substance of another, has little of substance in the first place!
