No they dont I work in sexual health clinic and they are perfectly fine. Can you imagine the uproar if they wre cheap holes in them type!! I would rather get them free. But like black power said if you are in a long term relationship condoms are not generally the best or most reliable type of contraception. But on the other hand people sleep around like dogs even if they are married, the most unbelievable thing I have seen since working here is men who have regular partner, sleep with girls on the side catch something from them. Then dont realise that they have then passed it on to their regular partners, these are people in ther 20's not teenagers its amazing how dumb people are.
