Since when did Mbekibecame an enemy of America? I don't think we are going to see America going around the World policing Countries, becausethe Iraq debacle did not go the way it was suppose to. I don't think the American public would allow anything like that unless another 911 happens or a specific Country considered hostile has stockpiled Nuclear Weapons.
