i only kept the diary for a week, it became tedious writing down everything
however
i found that i am only eating one set meal a day and various times but i do get my fluids in. i snack alot
this year i have cut down on snacking but also i must occupy my time so i dont think to snack
my aim is to lose 3-4 stones, 1st aim 1 stone but most importantly get exercise in
was watching diet doctors on 5life sky 209 and just a little bit of exercise makes a world of difference
