I am not a christian but in the bible there are indications that we are gods. I dont believe that just because someone doesnt act righteous means that they cant be gods, i dont think it makes a difference, afterall a God is supposed to know good and evil.
GENESIS 3:5 For God sees that on the day when you take of its fruit, your eyes will be open, and you will be as gods, having knowledge of good and evil.
GENESIS 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
My personal belief is that we all make up the One God out of many, that we are within God and God within us. God is all things including you.
This also applies below:
I CORINTHIANS 12:12 For as the body is one, and has a number of parts, and all the parts make one body, so is Christ.
Don\'t allow a temporary situation keep you from your permanent position.
