Soul....just to add to the very GOOD advice given thus far....

I know its hard but i would beg you NOT to react to this fool, this is exactly what they want..it is not unheard of for companies to use such tactics with Africans as means of getting rid of somebody without having to pay them off...

This fool is weak, which is why he is coming at you in this way...you need to view this fool as the weakling that he is...and maintain your focus...learn from his mistakes and do not give him the opportunity to bring you down to his level because this is what his aim is....

I know this sounds odd advice, but when I've been faced with such weak minded Europeans...I never react because i know i've beaten them in their mind already....for me the strategy from this point onwards is how can i **** them up with the least comeback on myself....

i never get up into their face and i never follow their agenda...i keep to mine, because it put them off balance..for example if he came looking for a confrontation at 9am I'd walk..because he is prepared and i'm not...i would however get him later or the next day when the roles would be reversed..(do you see my point) only do something when you're prepared and not visa versa.

The worse thing you can ever do to a weakminded European is to just ignore the wretch they HATE that....and then allow him/or her to expose themselves, the moment you react or follow their agenda they can offset their bad behaviour putting it all on you or by making it look like a personality clash....

This is one those situations where a calm objectivity is called for....
