I would have a face to face conversation with him about the situation to see where he stands as a man. If you cant resolve the situation through the proper channels within the company, you may want to weight other options to earn in and out of the organization.
If your back is up against the wall you may want to look at taking matters into your own hands, offline.
Sometimes people need to be reminded that their power in a company doesnt extend outside the walls of that office.
