SoulMachine. The Rev. Cornell Lewis put it this way regarding a recent incident here in America and white-people. He said that white people think that the "marauding 300-pound King Kong-type Negrohad deflowered white womanhood." It seems like your manager is acting the same way the Rev. described in his statements.
You are who you are. It seems to me like at this time they[Managers/Supevisors] are looking for a reason to fire you. If I were you, I would not give them the priviledge to do that. Show up to work on time, and do your job. If a group of people are sitting aound and Frolicking about, don't join them but keep yourselve busy with your work.
Gather all the necessary evidence you need and once you are certain you have a solid case of evidences, then go to your manager and address the situation with them. Be respectful and don't start a scene because that is what they might want to justify their actions.
I would not walk away from the job like that. Thescenario you are facing is everywhere. You might leave this current job you have and walk into another job where the situation there might even be even worse. There is no escaping what you are going through, so long as w live here in the West.
