If its a Salmon cutlet either lightly grill or shallow fry, dont over cook it because it can be very dry.Serve it with a squeeze of lemon.
Alternatively poach it in a prepared mix of onions carrots parsley and vinigar in lightly boiling water.....leat it hot or leave it in the water to cool and eat it cold a day later.
