My favourite way would be to poach as I said and eat cold with a salad.
But yes..... BP ...washed, a brushing of oil, season with salt and pepper and simply grilled turning often so the juices remain in the cooking fish and not leak into the grill pan.
Salmon doesn't really need all that seasoning.....of course its all a matter of personal taste
