Here's a quick and easy way that I cook Salmon:
Clean it of course using cold water.
Put the Salmon in a ziplock bag and pour in some soy sauce. Pour enough to coat the fish. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make sure that you Salmon is room temperature before putting it into the oven.
Before you put the Salmon into the oven season to taste with kosher salt and pepper.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until fork tender.
This also works well grilled.
Here is another easy recipe:
Season the Salmon with your favorite seasoning. ( I use kosher salt and pepper)
Use a shallow frying pan.
Coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil. You'll want to use enough oil so that the pan doesn't dry out during cooking.
Using medium heat put the fish into the oil skin side down. Cook until the skin is crispy. (If the oil seems to be getting to hot turn the heat down some)
Turn and cook the fish untilthe flesh side is flaky.
Remove from oil and place the fish onto a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Plate it up.
