have seen this recipe i might try it just wondering what effect the chicken noodle soup will have

[align=left]Salmon with Calypso Sauce [/align]Preparation Time:
Cooking/Baking Time:25 minutes

Serves/Yields:4
Recipe Date:19-Feb-2003


INGREDIENTS

1lb.
(450 grams)
salmon fillet,cut into serving sizes


1/8tsp. salt

1/8tsp.black pepper

1tsp.olive oil

2ozs.(60 grams)margarine

1cup dry wine

1whole scotch bonnet pepper

1/2 packet GRACE COCONUT MILK (POWDER)


3/4 cup warm water

1/2packet GRACE COCK SOUP MIX

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/ 180°C. Cut salmon into serving sizes (about 4 servings).
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the salmon fillets. Rub the olive oil over the salmon. Wrap salmon fillets with aluminum foil.
  3. Lay on greased baking sheet and place in oven for 25 minutes.
  4. To make the sauce, melt 1 oz of margarine in a small saucepan over a medium flame. Pour the dry wine in the saucepan, bring to simmer and add scotch bonnet pepper.
  5. Dissolve Grace Coconut Milk in warm water.
  6. Stir in Grace Coconut Milk and Cock Soup Mix. Continue stirring the sauce until creamy. Add more Grace Coconut milk for desired thickness.
  7. Remove from oven, unwrap fillets, and place on a serving plate. Pour Calypso Sauce over salmon fillets.
