lol interesting question!!

I personally lead four: work self, home self, street self (screw face anyone? lol) and church self, though work and church sef are pretty much the same!!

My only true "authentic" self is my home self.

it takes me a long time to warm up and get used to new situations and its only once i am truly fully comfortable that i feel free to be my "authentic" self, although i have to say i am glad i work with children because i find it soooo much easier to be that when i am with children than when i am with adults. Something about kids is just more accepting. Adults tend to be judgmental and quick to right you off over the littlest thing.
