I also got Vista with my new laptop. Apparently my laptop has 2gb RAM....does this mean the performance will suffer? (It's a Sony Vaio).

TWO GIGABYTES OF RAM!!!

I remember when I thought 100 megabytes was a big hard drive. We were putting them in servers. Performance at doing what? I am beginning to think that nowadays the only way performance can be bad is because the software is crap. And it might be the operating system.
