Have been trying to eat more veggies recently, was thinking about going all out and stopping with the meat but I might stick to fish or something not sure. Anyway, so far all I can do is steam stuff and theres only so much Broccoli and carrots I can eat (god spinage is foul), have taken to mixing them with rasins which is cool but does anyone have any advice on how to eat healthy from an African perspective?
Any veggie recipies that are quick and easy to put together?
So much easier to just roll into burger king and chow down a half pounder *stomach rumbles* thing is I don't eat
any fruit or veg so from last year I've been looking to set the record straight and keep Ital. Felt weird shopping for veg last summer, offically one of those ''weirdos'' who checks the ingredients on everything .lol.
I've come a long way.
