ps...when u steam your veggies...there are many herbs/dry seasonings that you can sprinkle on them to give them some life...i usually use lemon pepper..or just pepper..and sea salt...sometimes garlic...a little butter or olive oil..
if you stir fry them, you can use onions..garlic...parsley...peppers...etc..jsut to name a few...you can even add some brown rice to this...or wheat pasta..
today i made some talapia fish...cooked in a pan with olive oil..onions..green peppers..different dry seasonings..green peas and brown rice (all in one pan)..with a baked sweet potatoe made with vanilla, all spice and butter on the side
easy....you just have to take the time to experiment with different things...
