But then couldn't you program a computer with millions of various reactions to diffrent situations allowing it to choose randomly like you would a CD player on which to go by at any one time?
I mean lets say you've programmed a robot tothink inmillionsof diffrent ways and connected its choice of those settings to varioussituations as you would a firewall for example, hundreds if not thousands of viruses out there, you could program a firewall and virus catcher to react diffrently to each one in the same way it couldbe programmed to deal with various situations its random selection of reactionscould constitute to being 'thought' its persona dictated by the various conditions its been through thus effecting that 'thought' process....
I wanted to know if the Dagara elders could tell the diffrence between fiction and reality. The elders did not understand what a starship is, they did not understand what the fussy uniforms had to do with anything but they recognized in Spock a Kontomble of the seventh planet... they had never seen a Kontomble that big.
