what utter BS. When i was doing my A levels there was a Black guy who got extra time in exams because he was dyslexic.

What area of the country does your cousin live? Learning difficulties are colour blind. God help any Black children who live within this mans catchment area.

I think Soulstarr was saying (and she can correct me if i am wrong!) that in her experience, Black children are slower to get diagnosed as having a learning difficulty. Therefore, poor work quality and behaviour are more likely to be put down to "naughtiness".

This guys attitude really makes me sick. God forbid a Black child should have a genuine explanation for how they are and get the proper help.
