Dunno.. sometimes when I hit a low point it works as a kind of booster,I know myself well enough to see the signs and pull out of it before it gets to me so I get active and busy myself anyway possible.
Notice that cleaning up helps, tend to spring clean my room from top to bottom even vacume the bed, do a bit of Fung-Shui, its like cleaning my mind no better feeling than sleeping in a (completely) clean room waking upafter the insence has burnt out over the night and feeling brand new.
Other than thatmeditating really helps. Why not take up Yoga or something?
