I agree with lilsoul. Good for Angelina! The child will have a better life. Also, about it being "in" to adopt black kids, I think it is wonderful that more people are finally starting to embrace adopting black children. People from all over have been adopting asian children in droves for a long time now. If they are willing to love the child and take care of them properly, I don't see any problem. About the whole wanting the child not to be alone, as i understand it she adopted the other asian kid so that her first son will have someone who looks like him and that was part of the reason for her wanting another black child as well. She said she didn't have plans to adopt a white child because their daughter already sees people who look like her (herself and brad), and we all know the importance of seeing someone who at least looks like you, especially in a positive light, but that's another story.
