A name makes a difference, a title. It's why people have first names and surnames. Don't be too surprised if people use different names for different types of people, yes even Germans.
A name is one of many discriptions. like ,mammals, Homo sapiens. males, black, african americans, Jesse jackson, sci-fi geek.
The connection that links us on BN Village is the black/african discription which is why we discuss topics of intrest relating to black/africans all over the world and not just in our own 'neck of the woods'. African americans are black africans...who happen to live in america.
When one of us is attacked unfairly, I think it is important for ALL of us to stand together even if it is only in spirit. Diss-associating ourselves from eachother because of a name/location will not help black/africans now or in the future, it will only help those who are against us and who use the 'divide and conquer' mentality to set us against eachother.
We are all black people. Yes. And we all have individual personalities that transcends that tenfold, and Africans the world over have different tribes, cultures and traditions.. If only people but stopped and used them, then we wouldn't have this German dude thinking alot of African-Americans in the Bronx spent their time insulting each other mothers....
In the eyes of this german and many others, a sucessfull african american with 30 million in the bank is just as much of a n1gger and savage as an african bushman. The 'forces' working against the african american are pretty much the same as those working against the bushman.
Some issues we can deal with on an individual basis ie, how we live our lives, others on a global racial basis ie, what's best for black people/africans.
It isn't though, but you can enjoy that nightmare scenario. It however, doesn't have any effect on reality.
What is a reality for one of us, may well become a reality for all of us it we don't take action to show the world that we will stand together when we need to. Other communities do, so what shouldn't/can't we?
Today Neo-Nazism is a culture, normally one adopted by youths with a pretty much a f**ked up view of the world. Not unlike some of those youths in London and Glasgow who like to stab each other.. In a nutshell it's a gang with a political edge, but a gang in everyway other than name. Thankfully I don't think all Germans are the same
The neo-nazi groups are taught white supremacist ideology, they have 'old money' backing and are recruited by old more 'politically minded' individuals and organisations. They are kind of a modern equivilent to 'Hitler Yourth' They have the support of other racial chapters like AR, KKK, BNP, SF aswell as many individuals who promote white supremacy, guest speaks lile Don Black and David Duke and thousands of others.
White gangs in Glasgow is a scottish problem.
The black gangs of london that you refure to, don't have the backing or respect of the black community, they don't have 'old black money' backing them, we nether like, nor respect them and certainly don't thing they are selling weed, nor killing each other on 'our' behalf. Their actions are TOTALLY against the the aims of ours. They are not freedom fighter for black people.
The two group are TOTALLY un-alike!
They have their act together and are working towards a common cause and collective good, while we debate whether insults to african americans are insults to africans/black people!
I deal with reality, not scenarios so I'll leave you to manufacture an answer to that. I have enough dreams, I need not waste time adding other people's nightmares into the mix.
At one point in history, aficans had deams, then the european ships came and we are living with the consequences of being caught 'daydreaming' today.
Nighemares can be useful,, they help to keep you on your toes so that we don't get to complacent and get caught out again. The jews have a phrase to bannish their holocaust nightmare....''NEVER AGAIN!'' .......what's ours?
While pretending the world is perfect, shouthing about 'bluefoots' or partying and drinking may make us feel better,it isn't really helping us guard against our nightmares returning!

I am active in my community, and in cyber space. I woun't bother going into details as the wolves like information to de-rail and serious discussion.
I don't believe in 'leaving it to someone else' as too many of us belive that and the result, vary little is being done. Many are active, but this is scattered to far and wide and some in ways that conflict eachother.
Some are drug counselors in the community, great, some run youth schemes, great, some join religion and try to convert others...not so great, some shout how much the hate YT...not helpful at all, espcially if you live in a nation full of white people whom you have to interat with on a daily basis.
Every community has it's problems, and the obsticles we as black/africans face are uniqe,because we are place at the bottom rung of the ladder, but considering our numbers, we should have far more clout both political and finacial than we actually have at present. So why are't we....?
You gave them 50 cent. You should be quicker to destroy the likes of him and Murphy. In UK we have our problem people, they should be dealt with also. Complaining isn't enough.

And I live in the UK. My conection with african amerians is that they are 'black' african decendents like me!
However turning them into objects of hate and ridicule would so do the job. Eventually no one would want to be like them in the end.
I would rather they become object of sucess and teach a possitive massage. I don't wish any black peorsons down fall,we do need moden day icons, but if they contine to sell out and corrupt the minds of our youth, (and those who are older and should know better) then we do what we do to a limb that is infected with gangrene....

Don't get what you mean, I'm saying why chose black people to be a focus of hate! When you have a whole nation with a well equipted army to choose from.
Your hatred of the Germans seems to be deeper than that Army lads hatred of African Americans.....
!have no hatred for germans nor for white people, many I trust more that black people I know!
If you make if more difficult than it need be me, my family, black people or even people in general l then I will have a problem with you reguardless of you colour race.! I'm not keen on 'w@nker-like behaviour from anyone, but with black people it hits closer to home.
It's certainly more helpful than perceiving each other in the same way. That perception isn't often a good one either.
I don't perceve black people as being the same, only the forces working against us. Thats why we are all here....isn't it!
People seem to be making alot of effort to just bag all black people into one box.....Character and all. The results are not fruitful.

Many of my intrest aren't considered 'black' and that is partcially because by this hip hop badboy culture. but I do what I do because I ain't a slave and I don't need to have street cred or live up to 'acting black' whatever the hell that means.
The things I do, I like and they broaden my understanding of the world and its peoples, as wll as giving me knowledge that I can pass to my kids. It would be nice if some places I go had more black people, but that will come in time.
No one should be walking down the street concerned about what anyone looks like in a perfect world. Goto Africa and no one gives a damn about your blackness. Goto America or the UK, and black people will stare at you, unless you are known to them. What does that tell you about how alot black people in the west think about each other eh?
What I ment was that white people view black people as black. Just like we should. It isn't helpful implying that it's ok for germans to insult african americans because you live in the uk. I would like to think that many of us are imfluenced by great black leaders, whereever they are!

I'll be dead in around forty+, so what? my kids will still be here, so will their kids and their kids and so on. Just because WE woun't around, dosn't mean we shouldnt' give a toss or that can't help get the ball rolling.
Five thousand years from now, I would hope that there is still a powerful black african presence on this earth.

Jews are caucasoild, you can't often tell a jew from a white person; They have done no more or less horrible things to black people that many other white races. So I see no point is seperating them into categories of super white people, nor do I see any point in singleing the out for any particular form of harrasment. Not everthing that the N.O.I preech must be followed.
Whatever you think the jews are up to, do you think the british wouldn't/haven't done and tried to do to black people at some point, past, present or future.?
The KKK would be more that happy for us to turn our attention and anger to to the jews while they set about the distruction of BOTH us and the jews.
Jews are just another branch of white people. No better, no worst! it wasn't the jews that delvopled AIDS and infected millions of black people with it!
