Some issues we can deal with on an individual basis ie, how we live our lives, others on a global racial basis ie, what's best for black people/africans.

Currently there's a vacuum where that is concerned. We've let people like 50 cent, and Sports stars and the odd moronic comic and other races fill the gap that we should of been filling at all times. We got distracted and then wham, where did that truck come from. Currently we have Rio Ferdinand telling kids not join or to get out of gangs. Who is going to listen to that simpleton, he kicks a ball for Manchester United and that's pretty much it? It's a big vacuum when we need him to say something, along with Tony Blair.

Hatred does not bring about goodness. It may unite people for a time, and then they turn on each other. That is it's nature it doesn't change. Name a nation that has prospered through hatred. I am active in my community, and in cyber space. I woun't bother going into details as the wolves like information to de-rail and serious discussion.

I don't believe in 'leaving it to someone else' as too many of us belive that and the result, vary little is being done. Many are active, but this is scattered to far and wide and some in ways that conflict eachother.
Some are drug counselors in the community, great, some run youth schemes, great, some join religion and try to convert others...not so great, some shout how much the hate YT...not helpful at all, espcially if you live in a nation full of white people whom you have to interat with on a daily basis.
Every community has it's problems, and the obsticles we as black/africans face are uniqe,because we are place at the bottom rung of the ladder, but considering our numbers, we should have far more clout both political and finacial than we actually have at present. So why are't we....?

I think that is the case for all black people, which is a problem, and why it needs at some point in the future to become like a taboo. There's pretty much three things that can happen, especially in a culturely stagant nation like the UK. One, the Blacks become more like the natives which isn't really desired. Two, the Blacks especially the youth are in a moral vacuum and then just wreck havoc, Lord of the Flies style. Or Three they with guidance from their elders develop their own culture better than any current one.
Three isn't happening right now, and the result of whichis what you see today.
I don't perceve black people as being the same, only the forces working against us. Thats why we are all here....isn't it!
The main force working against us is within us. Once that is sorted out, the other outside forces are pretty easy to deal with. They may put drugs and guns into the communities, but if no one desires to use them then the outcome is pretty obvious. They wouldn't of done it if they thought we were going to be a danger to them. So the question that should be asked is how is it that they're so sure how these black communities especially in Americawould turn out?

Many of my intrest aren't considered 'black' and that is partcially because by this hip hop badboy culture. but I do what I do because I ain't a slave and I don't need to have street cred or live up to 'acting black' whatever the hell that means.
The things I do, I like and they broaden my understanding of the world and its peoples, as wll as giving me knowledge that I can pass to my kids. It would be nice if some places I go had more black people, but that will come in time.
